The patient comes to the consultation with 3rd degree hallux valgus. 1st and 2nd toe subaductus, with an apical callus on the 3rd toe due to pressure from the others and plantar callus on the 2nd metatarsal, all on the left foot.
We proceed to extract the apical and plantar callus to relieve the patient.

In Argentina, podiatrists are prohibited from using injectable anesthesia in procedures. This is why I do not use anesthesia and I try to be extremely careful during the procedure so as not to cause pain. They are not painful procedures.
