Female patient of about 85 years old, with "watch glass" hallux toenails and distal atrophy, added to an incipient onychomycosis, presenting a pulp that gains place at the distal end of the nails.
I trimmed the nails and cleaned the apical frontal groove of both hallux to decompress and end the discomfort.
The work is then completed with acrylic + antifungal to level the plate of each of the toes and achieve harmony in the sensation of comfort when walking.

In Argentina, podiatrists are prohibited from using injectable anesthesia in procedures. This is why I do not use anesthesia and I try to be extremely careful during the procedure so as not to cause pain. They are not painful procedures.
