溫馨提示:
⭐食譜内的鷄蛋是大鷄蛋,每個大約60g。
⭐食谱内的藍莓是冷凍藍莓,也可用新鮮的。
⭐在烘烤之前必须预热烤箱达到设定温度。
⭐因為每个烤箱都有所不同,在食譜裏的烘烤温度和时间仅作参考。
⭐請用80℃/176℉以上的熱水浸泡刀,擦乾后再切,每一刀重複這個步驟,就能切出完美的芝士蛋糕。

Tips:
⭐ The eggs in the recipe are large eggs, each about 60g.

⭐ Remoje el cuchillo con agua caliente por encima de 80℃/176℉, séquelo y luego córtelo. Repite este paso cada vez para cortar la tarta de queso perfecta.

蛋糕底:
100g 餅乾碎
40g融化的無鹽牛油
预热烤爐180℃/350℉(中層)烤6分鐘

藍莓奶酥:
60g/6.5湯匙低筋麵粉
60g/0.7杯杏仁粉
40g/2湯匙糖粉
50g/3.5湯匙冷無鹽牛油
200g/1.3杯冷凍藍莓

芝士層:
500g/2杯室溫奶油芝士
80g/0.35杯糖
4個室溫大鷄蛋
10g/2茶匙檸檬汁
20g/2湯匙低筋麵粉
10g/2.5茶匙玉米澱粉
300g/1.2杯無糖原味酸奶
200g/200ml 35%鮮奶油
50g/3湯匙藍莓醬

预热烤爐180℃/350℉(中層)烤10分鐘,放入藍莓酥粒後,175℃/347℉(中層)烤約40分鐘

Recipe:(8inches X 3inches(H) round mousse ring)
Cake basic:
100g crushed biscuits
40g melted unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 180℃/350℉(middle rack) and bake for 6 minutes

Blueberries crumble:
60g/6.5tbsps pastry flour
60g/0.7cup almond flour
40g/2tbsps icing sugar
50g/3.5tbsps cold unsalted butter
200g/1.3cups frozen blueberries

Cheese layer:
500g/2cups room temperature cream cheese
80g/0.35cup sugar
4 room temperature large eggs
10g/2tsps lemon juice
20g/2tbsps pastry flour
10g/2.5tsps corn starch
300g/1.2cups unsweetened plain yogurt
200g/200ml 35% whipping cream
50g/3tbsps blueberry jam

Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 180℃/350℉(middle layer), put in the blueberry crumble, and bake for about 40 minutes at 175℃/347℉ (middle layer)

Receta: (8 pulgadas X 3 pulgadas (H) anillo redondo de mousse)
Pastel básico:
100g de galletas trituradas
40g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
Precaliente el horno a 180℃/350℉ (rejilla del medio) y hornee por 6 minutos.

Crumble de arándanos:
60g/6.5cucharadas de harina de repostería
60g/0,7taza de harina de Almendras
40g/2cucharadas de azúcar glas
50g/3.5cucharadas de mantequilla fría sin sal
200g/1.3tazas de arándanos congelados

Capa de queso:
500g/2tazas de queso crema a temperatura ambiente
80g/0.35taza de azúcar
4 huevos grandes a temperatura ambiente
10g/2cucharaditas de jugo de limón
20g/2cucharadas de harina de repostería
10g/2.5cucharaditas de almidón de maíz
300g/1.2tazas de yogur natural sin azúcar
200g/200ml 35% nata para montar
50g/3cucharadas de mermelada de arándanos

Hornee durante 10 minutos en el horno precalentado a 180℃/350℉ (capa intermedia), coloque las patatas fritas de arándanos y hornee durante unos 40 minutos a 175℃/347℉ (capa intermedia)
