Perform each movement for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest.

The Workout:
-Cossack Squats
-Hip Thrusts
-Side Plank Left
-Side Plank Right
-Goblet squat
-Alternating one leg deadlift
-Curl to Press Right
-Curl to Press Left
