I doubled my income using Scott Adams affirmation idea

Do Affirmations work? I doubled my YouTube income using Scott Adam's affirmation idea. Starting in July of 2020 I began affirming every day that by the end of the year I would make double or triple the income from my YouTube Channel. As I began affirming and focusing I slowly began making changes to my channel and the videos I was making.
By the end of the year, many of my channel metrics are down, but my revenue and CPM are double what the average had been for the previous six months.
I have become more interested in personal finance lately and in finding ways to increase my income and lower my expenses now that I am retired and on a fixed income. I will be doing more personal finance videos in the future. I am also going to do affirmations again and will post a video on what I try affirming next.
