WHAT TO EXPECT: We are working with an opposites attract format! This is a fun way to build muscular strength, definition, and endurance all in one! The opposites attract structure will include two sets of the same exercise, one slow and heavy, and the next fast and light.

This will be a full body and abs workout so get ready for a full body shake! This is only 30 minutes, and in those 30 minutes, it will be tough, but it will be worth it! The heavy we will work full range, and the light sets will be counted out in 5 pulses.

EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift heavy to light, relative to you and the exercise we are performing, and depending on which set of the opposites attract format we are following.

STRUCTURE: 5 Exercises X 2 | Abs: 4 Exercises X 2

WORK: 40- heavy & slow /40- fast & light (5 Pulses)
REST: 10/30 seconds

TOES UP GLUTE BRIDGE

SQUAT & NARROW PRESS

ABS: Work: 40 | Rest: 10

SWITCH
LEGS UP CRUNCH
