10 Minute Bodyweight Blaster Workout (Follow Along)
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by a 30 second rest. Complete 2 rounds with no rest for a total of 10 minutes.

Exercise List (Alternate Exercise in brackets)
One Arm Burpees (Regular Burpees) 1:42
Kickouts (Kick Thrus) 2:40
Jumping Lunges (Forward Lunges) 3:41
Elevated Push Ups (Regular Push Ups) 4:42
Rotating Side Plank (Side Plank) 5:40
