1. 香菇提前浸泡软，排骨放入冷水内，加入姜片&青葱结,开火煮至排骨熟
2. 捞出排骨备用，香菇切掉尾部，蒜切片，姜切片，2个八角&一把花椒备用
3. 小火热锅，放入适量的食用油，倒入香菇爆香然后取出备用，再把蒜片、姜片、八角花椒下入翻炒
4. 这时候可以加入排骨了，继续翻炒，加1勺盐，2勺生抽，1勺蚝油，1勺白糖，少许老抽，爆一下均匀
5. 倒入啤酒以及泡香菇的水，翻炒均匀
6. 放入香菇，盖上盖子焖30分钟以上，注意酱汁的份量，最后倒入少许的淀粉水勾芡就可以出锅啦
