What I Eat In A Week to stay fit (REALISTIC college student)

this is literally my second video. the quality is not good I am aware of that haha. we all have to start somewhere ;)

Welcome to a REALISTIC what I eat in a week during quarantine. Throughout the video it’s clear that my eating schedule is a little all over the place, but i listen to my body and eat when I’m hungry (which is most of the time). Just as a disclaimer, I’m not promoting the way I eat, this just happens to be what me and my family were craving this week :) I hope you enjoyed it!

Recipes:
MY FAVOURITE Banana Protein Pancakes
1 or 2 eggs
1 banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
⅓ cup of oats
¼ cup of almond milk (can sub any other milk)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp of cinnamon
***AS MANY CHOCOLATE CHIPS AS YOU WANT

Smoothie Bowl
1 banana
½ cup of frozen berry mix
½ cup of almond/ cashew milk
Toppings: Chia seeds, hemp seeds, granola, more berries and banana slices
