How I Have A 'CHEAT DAY' Everyday (What I Eat In A Week) | & 7 Days Of Workouts

HEY EVERYONE!! Hope you are all doing well! I’m back with another what i eat in a week and how i manage to have a “cheat day” everyday.

RECIPES:
Failed avocado brownies:

honey garlic salmon:

New Banana Protein Pancake Recipe:
1/2 - 1 banana
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp of almond milk
1 egg
1 - 2 tbsp of PB2
1 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate chips :)

Chip Recipe:
Tortillas (cut up)
1 tbsp olive oil (or spray)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Sprinkle of parmesan
Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 - 6 mins or until crispiness achieved!

Guac Recipe:
1 avocado
3 - 6 cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Lime juice
1 tbsp cilantro

Banana Muffin Recipe:

1 cup mashed banana
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp white or cider vinegar
1/4 cup peanut butter (or 2 tbsp oil)
1 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder + soda
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar or honey
½ tsp salt
