• 3 sets of each tri-set
• 40 sec on // 20 sec off // 40 sec extended break
DUMBBELL WORKOUT EXERCISES:
1. Squat to press
2. Bent-Over Reverse Grip Rows
3. Push Up On Dumbbells
4. Bicep Curl to RDL
5. Triceps Kickback
6. Sumo Squat to W Raise
7. Close Body Alternating Reverse Grip Curls
8. Close Body Press w/ Decline Flyes
9. Shoulder Lateral Raise
