Here are a variety of fun aerial hoop mounts - too often in aerial class we're taught one lyra mount and told we have to just muscle through, but there are lots of choices for how to get into the aerial hoop. Here's an aerial hoop tutorial with some of my fav ways to get on the lyra, plus tips to help you master them all whether you're at the beginner aerial hoop level, or intermediate or advanced. I'll also go in depth about the technique of spinning aerial hoop mounts, which can be a very confusing aerial hoop trick.
