Diet culture has really done a number on us about how much we believe is ‘enough’.
Could it be that you have unrealistic expectations about how much food you need?
If you are confident this doesn’t apply to you, I have just posted a video on my YouTube channel where I talk about reward-based binge urges (driven by dopamine) vs primal brain urges.
Not all binge urges are the same, but we gotta deal with those primal ones first!
