CONFUSED ABOUT BINGE EATING RECOVERY? ME TOO! – Do you feel like there are so many different messages out there about how to recover from binge eating? Some approaches tell you to cut out foods, some tell you to listen to your body, others tell you your environment has messed up your ability to trust your appetite!
