1.5 cups no-chicken stock
1/2 cup oat milk
bok choy, sliced
1 pack ramen
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil, toasted
2-3 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce/tamari)
2-3 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup
1/2 - 1 cup sichuan tofu
scallion, optional
1 tbsp chili oil
ROASTED RED PEPPER
1 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, small
1/3 lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
sea salt
pepper
1-2 red peppers, roasted
1 tbsp olive oil
OPEN FACE BAGEL
plain bagel
scallion cream cheeze
tomato
salt
pepper
chili flakes
ICED MATCHA LATTE
13oz. oat milk
15-20 grams matcha
1-2oz. water
agave, to taste
ice
TOMATO PIZZA
2 pitaS
3-4 tbsp pizza sauce
red onion, sliced
cherry tomatos, sliced
basil, fresh
olive oil, drizzle

1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
1 gala apple
2 dates, sliced
2-3 tbsp walnut

MUSTARD VINAGRETTE
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil (or oil of choice)
salt + pepper to taste
GRAPEFRUIT TEA
8-10oz. hot water
3-4 tbsp grapefruit syrup*
