RECIPES
APPLE SAUCE
separate pulp from juice with a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag. refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze.

APPLE PIE OATS
approx. 2 tbsp or 3-4 cubes of apple pulp or sauce
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup oat milk (or plant based milk of choice)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/24 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice, sweeten to taste
pinch of salt

RED COCONUT CURRY STIR FRY
2 tbsp or 2-3 cubes pineapple pulp
7.5oz coconut milk (half can)

2-3 tbsp pasta soak water
1/2 - 1 tsp coconut aminos, soy sauce, or tamari
1-2 tbsp fresh pineapple, cubed
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
cilantro, chopped (to taste)

KALE LIMEADE
2 limes
5-7 kale stalks
refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze.
