1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika

baby yukon potatoes
1-2 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
mojo verde:
1 bunch cilantro
1-2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup avocado oil
HOT MINT COCOA
12-16 oz plant-based milk of choice
2 tbsp cacao powder or cocoa mix*
2 tbsp agave or sweetener of choice

1/3 cup frozen passion fruit
1/4 cup frozen jackfruit
1/2 yellow dragon fruit

1/ pint vanilla dairy-free ice cream, Nada Moo

QUINCE JAM
3 quince, deseeded & shredded

1 cup turbinado sugar (or sweetener of your choice; sweeten to your liking)
boil for approx. 50 mins to 1 hour
midway ,once softened, use an emersion blender to smooth out the texture

fingerling potatoes
drizzle of avocado oil (or oil of choice)

1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder

pico de gallo
microgreens
PESTO PASTA
papperdelle pasta
1-2 tbsp pasta soak water
2-3 tbsp pesto*
