Guys..if you’re annoyed with your man boobs. I want to help you. I am going to give you my 5 best resistance band exercises for moobs, no more chest fat! Your chest is a big muscle group, so you’ll notice some of the exercises we do today are going to be compound exercises. Chest, like the arms, is an impressive muscle group. So when you have a muscular chest, it looks great with or without a shirt. Let’s get started with these 5 best resistance band exercises for boobs.

Exercise #1: CHEST PRESS. We are going to have the anchor at the midpoint in the door. Bring the bands under your arms, and step away from the anchor. That way the bands are already stretched, which means there is already resistance. Focus on pushing straight forward and straight back, do not bring your hands together. Control the resistance on the way back, do not just release the bands.

Exercise #2: CHEST FLYES. Start off with your hands out wide, and have your elbows slightly bent. Squeeze the handles together, and make sure to control the movement for the whole range of motion. At the bottom of the movement, really focus on getting a wide stretch to focus on your outer chest.

Exercise #3: ONE-ARMED FLY. Put the anchor at the bottom of the door for this exercise. When doing one side at a time, it helps you to really focus on hitting each side of your chest. You are going to be pulling the band on an upward angle. Make sure to keep your hips and torso from rotating because we don’t want to bring our abs into this exercise.

Exercise #4: CHEST PRESS with a low anchor point. Having the anchor point at the bottom of the door is going to help us focus more on the upper chest. Make sure to press upward in this movement. If you press straight forward, that will be working your shoulders more.

Exercise #5: PUSH UPS WITH RESISTANCE BANDS. You are really going to feel the band try to pull you down on the second half of the movement. Pick a resistance that is good for you, and if you are a beginner, you may want to use lighter resistance.
