RAW shoulder workout ft. LARRY WHEELS | 400LB SHOULDER PRESS!!
Raw shoulder workout with the big man Larry Wheels! We did some heavy barbell shoulder press followed by some high volume work to go for a good pump.
Full workout:
1. Barbell shoulder press 5x 8-10
2. Seated dumbbell side raise 4x 15-20
3. Rear delt fly 4x 20 (last set double dropset)
