I had my gut bacteria analyzed by Viome to find out which healthy foods might not be best for me and which I should include more of.

Most people know that we thrive by eating a wide variety of healthy foods like vegetables, meats, fruits, nuts and seeds, etc.. while avoiding packaged processed foods, but individualized health and fitness can be even more specific and help you have greater success with knowing specifically WHICH healthy foods are best for you to focus on. We are all so unique so understanding our own unique needs requires personalized recommendations.
Now that I know which fruits and veggies aren't the best for me I am empowered to discover new and different go-to's from my Enjoy List to fulfill my nutrient needs.
