今天来和大家分享如何做蛋饺。 小时候在上海每逢过年,我们就围着炉子拿上一块肥猪肉看着妈妈做蛋饺,一边做一边流着口水。 看似容易的蛋饺,要做得不破不漏, 还是需要有点小技巧的。

原料(以下配方可制作50-60个蛋饺)
肥瘦肉末 200克
葱 1颗
笋 60克
虾仁 85克
全蛋液 25克
料酒 1汤匙
生抽 1汤匙
蚝油 1汤匙
鲍鱼汁 ½汤匙
白糖 ½茶匙
芝麻香油 1茶匙
盐 3克

肥猪肉 几小块
鸡蛋5个(60克/个)
盐 2克

Today I am going to show you how to make egg dumplings. When we was young in Shanghai, we sat around the stove and watch our mother make egg dumplings, drooling while making dumplings. It is still a little tricky to make a perfect egg dumpling.

Ingredients (This recipe can make 50-60 egg dumplings)
Pork mince(with fat) 200g
Spring onion 1 stalk
Bamboo shoot 60g
Prawn meat 85g
Egg 25g
Cooking wine 1tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Oyster sauce 1tbsp
Abalone sauce ½ tbsp
White sugar ½ tsp
Sesame oil 1tsp
Salt 3g

Small fat pork 2-3pcs
5 eggs (60g/each)
Salt 2g
