奶粉 15克
细砂糖 35克
鲜酵母9克/速发酵母 3克
盐 3克
中号鸡蛋 1颗 (连壳60克)
水 50-55克
波兰种 103克
无盐黄油（软化） 25克

热狗肠 9根
帕美森芝士粉
日式美乃滋酱

☘️** 预热烤箱至170C/340F， 然后170C/340F烤制18-20分钟至完全上色

Caster sugar 35g
Fresh yeast 9g /instant yeast 3g
Salt 3g
Egg 1pc (60g with shell)
Water 50-55g
Poolish 103g
Unsalted Butter (softened) 25g

Hot dog sausage 9pcs
Parmesan cheese powder
Japanese Mayonnaise
☘️** Preheat the oven to 170C/340F, then bake at 170C/340F for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.
