Here's a quick 5 minute full body warm up for you to try before any of your workouts! It'll get the heart pumping and muscles firing like nothing else. Perfect to do before any lower body or upper body weights workout, whether you train at the gym or at home... and there's ZERO jumping which is awesome if you're in a small space, don't want to disturb your neighbours or also, if you have any knee/hip/back issues too.
