How Much Weight Should I Lift?
Ahhh… if I had a penny for every time I got asked this question ;) Knowing how heavy to lift takes a bit of trial and error. Some people say you should GO HARD OR GO HOME to build muscle. Others say you should lift light weight otherwise you’ll get ‘bulky’ (seriously?!) It’s kinda like Goldilocks with her three bowls of porridge, not too sweet, not too salty, just right. But in our case, if sculpting strong and sexy curves is the goal, the sweet spot is - not too heavy, but not too light.
But what does that even mean?! How do you know what weight is too heavy or too light? In this video I’ll show you exactly how to work that out for yourself no matter your training level so you can lift confidently and get the results you want!
