vegan mayo
1 egg substitute
4 slices seitan bacon
1 slice vegan cheese
1/2 avocado

4-5 tbsp grapefruit syrup*
sparkling water

cover with organic sugar or sweetener of choice
HIBISCUS SANGRA 4:05
1 gallon water
1/4 cup hibiscus tea
2 cara cara oranges
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
BAKED ZITI 4:29
1.5 jars marinara
rigatoni (or penne)
1/4 cup vegan ricotta
1/2 cup vegan mozzarella
1/2 cup meat substitute
1. bake covered at 400 F for 20 - 25 mins
2. remove cover and bake another 10 minutes or until cheeze browns
