How to Reset Layer Style Effects in Photoshop (Reset to Default List)

Learn how to quickly reset individual layer styles (effects) or all of them in Photoshop. Details below...

Double click on a layer within the Layers panel to open up the Layer Style dialog box for that layer.

Select a style from the list on the left.

To reset a selected style, click on the "Reset to Default" button.

To remove a selected style, click on the trash can icon.

To reset all of the styles, click on the "Reset to Default List" option within the "fx" menu.
