溫馨提示:
⭐食譜内的酵母是速溶酵母,如果用活性乾酵母,用量是速溶酵母的2倍,更需要用溫牛奶或溫水和糖活化。
⭐食譜内的橄欖油可以用其它油或牛油代替。
⭐我把這個麵糰做成麵包,如果你想做Pizza,把麵糰分成兩等份,開成pizza皮,放上喜歡的配料就可以了。
⭐因爲發酵環境的溫度各有不同,發酵時間僅作參考,需要觀察麵糰發酵的大小而調整發酵時間。
⭐烤好的麵包放涼後用塑料袋密封好,放到第二天依然柔軟。但由於放有芝士,所以不建議放在室溫超過2天。

Tips:
⭐The yeast in the recipe is instant yeast. If you use active dry yeast, the dosage is twice that of instant yeast, and it needs to be activated with warm milk or warm water and sugar.
⭐The olive oil in the recipe can be replaced with other oils or butter.

⭐Because the temperature of the fermentation environment is different, the fermentation time is only for reference. It is necessary to observe the size of the dough fermentation and adjust the fermentation time.
⭐The toasted bread is sealed with a plastic bag after cooling, and it will remain soft the next day. But because of the cheese, it is not recommended to leave it at room temperature for more than 2 days.

Consejos:
⭐La levadura en la receta es levadura instantánea. Si usa levadura seca activa, la dosis es el doble que la de la levadura instantánea y debe activarse con leche tibia o agua tibia y azúcar.
⭐ El aceite de oliva de la receta se puede sustituir por otros aceites o mantequilla.
⭐Hice pan con esta masa. Si quieres hacer pizza, divide la masa en dos partes iguales, ábrela en una base de pizza y ponle tus ingredientes favoritos.
⭐ Debido a que la temperatura del ambiente de fermentación es diferente, el tiempo de fermentación es solo de referencia. Es necesario observar el tamaño de la fermentación de la masa y ajustar el tiempo de fermentación.
⭐ El pan tostado se sella con una bolsa de plástico después de enfriar y permanecerá blando al día siguiente. Pero debido al queso, no se recomienda dejarlo a temperatura ambiente durante más de 2 días.

5g/1茶匙糖
3.5g/1茶匙速溶酵母

Recipe:(22cm X 32cm baking pan)
250g/1cup warm milk(about 38℃/100℉)
5g/1tsp sugar
3.5g/1tsp instant yeast
350g/2.2cups all-purpose flour
5g/1tsp salt
28g/2tbsps olive oil
6 pieces cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven at 200℃/400℉ (middle layer) and bake for about 16 minutes

Receta: (Bandeja para hornear de 22cm x 32cm)
250g/1taza de leche tibia (aproximadamente 38℃/100℉)
5g/1cucharadita de azúcar
3.5g/1cucharadita de levadura instantánea
350g/2.2tazas de harina para todo uso
5g/1cucharadita de sal
28g/2cucharadas de aceite de oliva
6 piezas de queso cheddar
Precaliente el horno a 200℃/400℉ (capa intermedia) y hornee por unos 16 minutos.
