Speaking with Tatyana Tarassenko, Andy provided some fantastic insight into (in particular) how exactly one should go about handling objections when speaking with any prospect. Andy used his vast experience in the sales arena to show how it should be done and you’ll see from the video that intelligent questioning of the prospect is key. One has to come across genuine and really interested in helping them overcome problems they might be having in their business.
