It's pretty difficult to imagine back then Subang Jaya were considered too far away from civilization. Now it's has just received the status of being a City, which means the entire masterplanning, infrastructure, population and etc has achieved maturity.
From a pure residential town, slowly came commercial areas, then office buildings, universities and shopping malls, population number drastically increased resulting in huge roads and the introduction of LRT into Subang. SJCC is now that next plot of development which is located between the existing town and the interchange between KTM and LRT.
Besides the surrounding amenities, I really enjoyed the layout of this unit type. That horizontal arrangement of the living and dining room is amazing. The structural design that allows the kitchen space to be partitioned. The long and narrow form allows more light in the space, also being able to divide between the open and private zones around the house.
Overall, this development gets to enjoy the best of both world. It's a popular choice for own stay purposes but it's also attractive in terms of investment. Just that I'm concern of it being too close to action which will result in lots of congestion and noise.
