Sandwiched between nature and civilization, The Ridge captures the best of both worlds. You get to enjoy breath taking views as the backdrop of your dining space without compromising convenience. The entire 53 acres of KL East masterplan is hugged by this amazing 153 acres reserved forest.
Located next to the MRR2 highway, residents have an upcoming International school behind, a lifestyle mall below, Gombak Interchange Terminal opposite the road and accessibility to old addresses such as Wangsa Maju and Taman Melawati. If those are not enough, there are several new highways that are under construction such as DUKE 3 and EKVE which will further boost this address.
Just like their past projects, you can feel the thoughfulness of the design approach in the units. My favourite part would be the utilities corridor. This space is often ignored by developers but in this project, they opened up the space where it's super ventilated and bright. Plus they even dressed up the fire escape.
However, the current situation of MRR2 is congested due to the ongoing construction works. Also, the experience of walking towards the Gombak Terminal if you're taking the Putra LRT or bus to the east coast will be affected by the social housings around it. Well, at least there's a link bridge=)
