PROPERTY REVIEW #174 | AKASA, CHERAS SOUTH

First impression, the project felt exactly like their KL project along Jalan Tun Razak. In terms of material application, built quality, design detailings and etc, I really enjoyed it. Also, it actually took me a long time to visit all of the facilities provided ranging from sandy beach, library, AV room, co-working space, sky gardens, jogging track, indoor badminton courts and so much more. Overall, it's just exciting to think about living here with your family as there're just so many things to do.
However, I wish the site condition could be at similar standards. The Silk highway does provide convenience but it also brings noise, dust and traffic congestions. Also, I didn't like the one way circulation because I missed my first turn and I have to make several U-turns to be back.
