Sandwiched between several prime commercial areas such as Sri Petaling, Kuchai Lama, Sungai Besi, Salak South, Bukit Jalil and etc, this location has somewhat proven and verified by the population around. Due to it's high accessibility and convenience, lot's of buyers are considering this project as their next home. Personally I felt this project had way more initiatives compared to their previous works. First would be that Canyon concept of celebrating the grand entrance of residents, followed by the speed ramp design which greatly reduced the times of using the ramp to the carpark. That centralized rubbish collection system that eases the maintenance of building along with that amazing facility deck. It's my first that the main feature of the deck would be a star walk, surrounded by water features and lush greeneries. After that they even designed their own app to service the residents.

However, that one way access seemed to be a concern for me as it would be inconvenient in case I'm forgetful. As it's a pure residential project, I must drive out for everything. But this is rather personal as I prefer certain convenience within walking distance. Last of all, I hope the high topography and water features are able to address the noise from MEX highway.

Overall, nothing short of expectation from the guy that taught me everything about marketing=)
