PROPERTY REVIEW #110 | THE PARK SKY RESIDENCE, BUKIT JALIL CITY

Just a stone throw away from my future house, The Park Sky Residence seems to be the main building due to the upcoming Pavilion Mall adjacent to it. Bukit Jalil is just connected via so many highways, for eg KL-Seremban highway, LDP, KESAS, MEX and etc. Plus within a 1 km radius, there're already 4 MRT stations, which is super convenient.

Besides that, the green space of this part of Bukit Jalil is also sufficient where there's the park and the Berjaya Golf and Country Club. In response to the amazing surrounding, Park Sky's facilities deck is just exciting. I truly enjoy the experience designed using organic forms. Also, the division of private versus public space in the unit is great.

However, the short terms pain of traffic congestion due to the construction works is rather troublesome. Besides, the upcoming supply of highrise using Pavilion mall as the centrepiece is also concerning.
