Bloomsvale is a mixed development built at one end of Old Klang Road, while the other end would be Mid Valley Megamall. Besides, it also connects addresses such as Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Bukit Jalil, OUG, Kuchai lama, Taman Desa and etc.

This development is built with a self sustaining business hub in mind where the mall, corporate office, hotel and residence will complement each other. As the developer will be mobilizing their team over to this site, that indirectly guaranteed lunch crowd for the retail. That will also activate the site as business activities take place. Therefore, the residence are somewhat furnished to a level where it's convenient to be operated for short term stays.

Also, this is one of those rare projects where the team are extremely proud of their furnishings. I would easily misunderstood them for kitchen cabinet specialists as they explained the specifications in such detailed manner. My favourite would be the building quality. Actually they are more well known as the main contractor for most of the public listed development companies. Hence it would be logical if they learn from all those flagship projects and apply them to their own projects.

However, the immediate surrounding seems pretty old. Infrastructures are based on old designs where the roads are narrow, traffic control only uses traffic lights, town planning is weird where you have single storey structures right in front of the project. So if the building really does well, it will be congested.
