Embraced within the nostalgic colonial architecture, Straits Residences is located in Seri Tanjung Pinang, which is the pinnacle for real estate in Penang. Plus it's also leveraging on the established Straits Quay mall where the residents can enjoy the convenience.
Marina properties is a whole different category altogether internationally. Hence, this area has been well received by the international market to the extend of RM 1400 psf. However, it was affected by the covid as their main target audience couldn't get through the borders.
I'm delighted with the architectural treatments and usage of materials within the unit, especially the bathrooms. That unique mix and match with plaster & paint is very fresh, instead of that usual full height wall tiles. The finishing standards is easily comparable to 5 star hotels.
As this is a hot address, there is an ongoing reclamation project that might cause lots of noise with their construction vehicles that will directly pass through the project.
