This is another episode whether owners of this RumahWIP offered their units so we can learn from it.

Located adjacent to Wangsa Walk Mall and the Sri Rampai LRT station, this project's location is just amazing. It's so connected via the highway as well which is DUKE, MRR2, and NKVE. This is also a hot spot for folks who works in KLCC because it's super connected via the LRT and road.

The owners got this unit for RM 198k via registration through the developer ahead of others as well as going through a ballot process. However, there are several points that raised my concerns. Elements such as the pedestrian circulation through the entrance, security, and poorly designed connection to the LRT can be easily improved during the design stage instead of causing inconvenience to the residents.

Overall, with the price this project is just a super deal to have. Plus the superb location, the rental demand here would be amazing and that will reflect in the return for purchasers. However, these was supposed to help people have homes but indirectly it's cultivating investors as well.
