REVANIA / Cake

Recipe is
7 eggs
7 tbs sugar
You can separate the whites from the yolks first or you can beat everything together
4 tbs flour
10 tbs Semolina ( Gris
2 tsp baking powder
Zest of one lemon
Bake it on 350’ for 35-40 min or til toothpick comes out dry

For the syrup ( simple syrup
3 cups sugar
4 cup water
Boil it for about 10 minutes then add the
Vanilla and
Lemon juice 🍋

Make sure the syrup is cold the cake hot
