Here’s another delicious vegan soup with no oil
This time I used for kinds of lentil
Red ,Green
Brown and light brown

✅Wash the lentil really good ,
boil it ,and drain the first water ,
rinse it with cold water ,and put it back on the stove
to boil

add
✅Chopped vegetables
✅1-Onion 🧅 kromid
✅1-2 Red and yellow pepper 🌶 piperki
✅3-Carrots 🥕 morkov
✅2-Salary / celer
✅4-gloves Garlic 🧄 luk
✅3-Bayleaves / lovorov list

✅3 tbs mild salsa
✅3 tbs tomato paste
✅Boil everything together for one hour and 10 min or till cooked

✅Dry Seasoning :
To your taste
✅Salt
✅Black pepper
✅Vegeta
✅Cumin
✅Cordiander
✅Sumak
✅Garnish
✅Parsley 🌿
