Traditional / Turli Tava

The ingredients are !
Pork loan
Vegetables
Potato 🥔
Onions 🧅
Peppers 🌶
Green beans
Brussel sprouts
Okra
Mushrooms 🍄
Broccoli 🥦
I like to cook my vegetables
Individually ,in oil with salt and black pepper
After thay are cooked
Mix them all together put it in baking pan
And baked on 400 ‘uncovered !
for 45 mi
Halfway through add your meat ! pork loan
You can leave it vigan if you don’t want meat
Bake it for another one hour
30 min covered 30 min uncovered

It’s delicious 😋
