This it’s very popular meal ! special for Macedonia‘s we make it all the time ! usually it’s made with lamb or beef but because it’s fasting time for Easter I made it vegan !
Wich is delicious also
The ingredients are;
✅500 gr baby spinach
✅Spanak
✅1 onion 🧅
✅Kromid
✅3-4 leeks
✅Praz
✅2 carrots 🥕
✅Morkov
✅1 cup of rice
✅250 gr oriz
✅4 cups hot water
✅4 casi topla voda
✅Salt ,vegeta , black pepper to your taste !
✅Sol, crn piper,vegeta
Po vas vkus

✅Fry the onion leeks and the carrots till get soft !
✅Add the Seasoning
✅Add the rice
✅Cook together for 10 min
✅Add the spinach
✅Cook for another 5 min
✅Transfer it to a baking dish
✅Add the water ,Always use hot water ,
✅Bake it in the oven for half an hour or till the rice is cooked !
And lunch or dinner is ready ,
