Kvasot , sol, seker , i mlaka voda , da bide meko testo

✴️Here is another Delicious Homemade Bread with my #sourdoughstarter in a different shape

✴️Recipe
5 cups all purpose unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour

✴️1 cup sourdough starter room temperature mixed with 1 tbsp sugar

✴️1 tsp salt
Warm water is needed
To be a soft dough

✴️Description
Sift the flour ,add the starter ,add salt ,water ,
Knead it with your hands ,knead it well ,pick up and drop it on your working surface 20 times ,

✴️Put it in bowl cover it with a plastic and clean kitchen towel

✴️Leave it for 2 hours ,in them two hours keep stretching it as much as you can ,the more you’re stretching the better the bread will come out and rise. 

✴️After two hours, take it out cut it in 10 balls, 8 of them 150 g ,one for the middle 250 g , and the last one as much as is left
