Stew with chicken and waxed yellow beans

This #stew is so delicious so tasty and so healthy

This is what I used
1 kg breast of chicken

1 onion 🧅
2 carrots 🥕
1 sweet green pepper 🫑
1 hot green pepper
1/2 if one big red pepper 🌶
5-6 gloves of garlic 🧄
1 cup tomato 🍅 juice
Or crushed tomatoes

Seasoning to your taste
Salt
Black pepper
Vegeta
Paprika
Oregano
Basil 🌿
Parsley
Bayleaves
Or you can use what ever your family likes

To thicken
2 tbsp corn starch
Cold water

Description
Fry the chicken for 1 min with 2-3 tbs of oil

After 10 min taka the chicken out

In the same pot add the onion ,carrots ,peppers ,fry it for 5 min,

Add the garlic,and the beans just stir for 2-3 min

Fill up the pot with boiling water
Add Bayleaves
Cover it , not all the way
Let it boil for 45 min or till chicken is cooked

Add parsley 🌿 on the end

Serve it with homemade bread
And Enjoy it
