How To prepare all the vegetables ,

This time I did Okra ( Bamja )
and yellow and green beans ( Boranija )
for the freezer ,
just boil water with salt,
boil the vegetables for
5 to 10
minutes take it out and put it in ice water ,
drain the water ,
and put it in the Ziploc‘s ,
and you have it for the winter
