Eclipson E VTOL #3 additional tuning.

Additional tuning of config #3 build with faster KST DS215MG servo. Got very calm wind day, tried to lower P, D of Yaw and pitch to prevent vibration further. Changed parameters are subtitled. Flight includes horizontal, sideways flights and some transitions.
