Eclipson E VTOL #3 config tuning

Tuning config #3 build with faster KST DS215MG servo. Wind from left side 1-2m/s with periodic strong wind. See subtitle comment.
Lowered PID a lot but still vibrate a little (see SRate value). Started to think need to live with some vibration? Is this servo too fast? Probably settle with this setting.

This flies with H743 Wing FC ArduPlane, faster KST DS215MG servo.
