INGREDIENTS
250ML OF HOT ALMOND MILK
1 TSP OF MATCHA POWDER
1 TSP OF MAPLE SYRUP

METHOD
HEAT THE ALMOND MILK AND BOIL THE KETTLE.
PLACE THE MATCHA POWDER IN A SMALL BOWL WITH A FEW TBSP OF BOILING WATER, USING A BAMBOO WHISK, WHISK INTO A PASTE.
POOR THE REST OF THE ALMOND MILK IN AND KEEP STIRRING THEN ADD THE MAPLE SYRUP AND STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED.
TO CREATE THE FOAM, USE A SMALL ELECTRIC WHISKER TO CREATE THE FROTH ON TOP. POOR INTO A MUG AND ENJOY WARM.
