How To Make Dalgona Coffee | Whipped Coffee Recipe

This dalgona coffee its one of my favorite cold coffee drink, Its easy to make and taste so delicious.

This recipe makes 2 cups servings
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Instant coffee
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Hot water
Milk of your choice
2-3 Ice cubes
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl place coffee, sugar and hot water (1:1:1 ratio).
2. Using a hand mixer or electric mixer, whisk until thick and creamy.
3. Add ice cubes and fill only 3/4 of a cup with cold milk of your choice.
4. Top it up with foamy whipped coffee.
Mix well before drink.

***If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can use a regular whisk, but its will take a little bit more time for make.
