Cloudcroft, New Mexico, USA | Adventures with a Couple of Good Friends

Recently we met up with a couple of good friends to spend a week in a little mountain town called Cloudcroft. We hiked, sat around the fire, and learned from locals what it's like to live in their small town.

We were sitting inside of a coffee shop one morning when I mentioned to the owner that it seemed like he knew every person that came in.

He said that in the morning, his friends come to his coffee shop. In the afternoon, they might find themselves eating lunch at a friends restaurant. And at night, perhaps at another friend's bar having a few drinks in front of a live band.

Cool, so it's like you hang out with your friends all day, I said.

Yep, it makes for a pretty good day!
