Today's episode is about how to make kalamay ube. It is a delicious sticky rice cake bursting with ube flavour and topped with toasted coconut milk curd (Latik)

For the ingredients:
2 cans of coconut milk
3/4 cup ube halaya or grated ube
2 tsp ube extract
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup granulated white sugar ( you can adjust accordingly)
banana leaves ( optional)

Latik:
1 can coconut milk or coconut cream
