Ingredients you will need:
3 cups plain flour, divided 2 1/2 cups for crust and 1/2 cup for filling
2/3 cup icing sugar plus more for dusting
3 cups white sugar
8 large eggs, room temperature
¾ cup melted unsalted butter
3 tbsp lemon zest zest
1 cup fresh lemon juice
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 175 C for the Crust
Preheat oven to 150 C for baking the lemon bars
